With all the excitement of the 2023 Draft happening on our own front porch, Kansas city is being recognized as the Barbecue Capital of America. The team at KSHB put together a dream team of staffers to take on the challenging task of "drafting" the best barbecue from the Kansas City area. Learn about their research and find out who topped the list, hint hint, Meat Mitch.
