Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400–450°F.
  2. Season the corn: lightly brush each ear with olive oil or melted butter, then generously season all sides with Candied Jalapeño Seasoning.
  3. Grill: place the corn directly on the grill grates. Grill 10–15 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the kernels are tender and well-charred on all sides.
  4. Sauce it up: remove the corn from the grill while still hot. Drizzle generously with White Sauce, then immediately sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan so it sticks to the warm corn.
  5. Finish and serve: top with an extra sprinkle of Candied Jalapeño Seasoning and chopped cilantro. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
  6. Mitch Tip: don't be afraid of a little char -- those caramelized kernels bring out the sweetness of the corn and pair perfectly with the sweet heat of Candied Jalapeño and the tangy White Sauce.

Sweet heat you'll want to put on everything.
